Role Summary
The SAP Enterprise Cloud Services organization is responsible for providing cloud-hosted infrastructure and application management services to SAP customers worldwide. We are seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signing to renewal support. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering contractual agreements and services for SAP Cloud Customers, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, private cloud edition deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain customer satisfaction through issue mitigation and escalation management.
- Support sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding.
- Initiate digital service kick-offs for customers.
- Contribute to onboarding/transitioning customers to ECS.
- Support de-escalations of critical customer situations.
Requirements
- Engineering graduate with work experience as an SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades, and infrastructure updates for cloud customers.
