Job Overview

The role of Solutions Architect is pivotal in driving business growth by crafting innovative solution architectures that meet client expectations and company standards.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements and advising on appropriate solution architectures. Your goal will be to identify the most effective solutions that meet client needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and advise on solution architectures
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to ensure alignment between client needs and solution design
  • Working closely with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment
  • Exploring possibilities and creative alternatives to identify effective solutions
  • Ensuring designed solutions are implemented in accordance with client expectations and company standards

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in solution architecture design and delivery roles in the insurance vertical
  • Exposure to multiple lines of business
  • Certification in one architecture discipline (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and collect business requirements from corporate clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
