Job Title: Compensation Data Analyst

  • Analyze compensation data to identify patterns, trends, and risks.
  • Build, improve, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Audit and reconcile compensation data from various systems.
  • Support compensation cycles with data preparation, analysis, and reporting under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled compensation data analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, data visualization, or similar roles. They will be responsible for analyzing compensation data, building and maintaining advanced dashboards and reports, auditing and reconciling compensation data, and supporting compensation cycles with data preparation, analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, strong hands-on experience cleaning, transforming, and analyzing structured datasets, experience with SQL or scripting (Python, Apps Script), and an automation mindset. They will also be able to explain data logic and findings to non-technical stakeholders, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take ownership without heavy supervision.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data to identify patterns, trends, and risks.
  • Dashboard Development: Build, improve, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and Looker Studio for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Process Automation: Automate manual processes using tools like Google Apps Script, Python, or no-code platforms.
  • Data Auditing: Audit and reconcile compensation data from various systems to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Reporting: Support compensation cycles with data preparation, analysis, and reporting under tight deadlines.
