O Product Designer Especialista com foco na experiência dos consumidores e das empresas no Reclame Aqui será responsável por projetar soluções que entreguem valor tanto para esses diferentes perfis que utilizam nossos produtos.

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar interfaces que sejam intuitivas, acessíveis e atendam às necessidades dos consumidores e empresas que utilizam o RA;
  • Conduzir pesquisas para entender profundamente as necessidades, comportamentos e expectativas dos nossos diferentes públicos;
  • Desenvolver protótipos e realizar iterações rápidas com base no feedback dos usuários, assegurando que as soluções atendam às expectativas dos consumidores e empresas;
  • Planejar e executar testes de usabilidade para validar conceitos de design e experiência e identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos nossos produtos;
  • Documentar os processos de design e comunicar claramente as decisões de design para as partes interessadas;
  • Posicionar-se como referência técnica no assunto de Product Design para as equipes que trabalham com os produtos para empresas e consumidores;
  • Trabalhar em colaboração e parceria com o time de design, produto, desenvolvimento e marketing e outras áreas que precisam ser envolvidas no processo de design e desenvolvimento de produtos.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Visual Design: Proficiência no planejamento, concepção, criação e prototipação de interfaces para diferentes plataformas;
  • UX Design: Domínio dos princípios de design centrado no usuário, incluindo pesquisa, criação de personas, mapeamento de jornada do usuário e cenários de uso;
  • Content Design: Facilidade na escrita de textos condizentes com a estratégia de experiência das soluções que projeta;
  • UX Research: Habilidade na condução de pesquisas quantitativas, qualitativas e testes de usabilidade para explorar, validar e iterar as soluções de design;
  • Análise de dados: Facilidade na identificação de problemas e oportunidades a partir de dados e métricas de produto e indicadores de negócio;
  • Ferramentas de design, pesquisa e gestão de projetos: Proficiência em ferramentas de design, prototipação, pesquisa e gestão de projetos, como Figma, Miro, Maze, Jira e outras.
