Schedule Planner

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop, maintain and optimize project schedules ensuring timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Development: Create detailed project timelines using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to gather project data and align resources.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify deviations from the baseline and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports including schedule updates, earned value analysis and performance metrics.
- Planning Meetings: Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in project planning within the oil and gas sector.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6 preferred).
- Critical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Methdologies: Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
