Key Responsibilities:
">Servicing commercial aircraft systems with advanced technical expertise is crucial for shaping the future of aviation. As a Field Service Representative, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, airline partners, and vendors to resolve day-to-day concerns through frequent communication with customers and stakeholders.
The success of this role hinges on several key responsibilities:
">- Support all technical aspects of Intelsat systems installed on customer fleets
- Ensure installations, maintenance, and preventative maintenance are performed according to contractual terms
- Provide internal and external reporting of technical issues and resolution actions
- Review documentation for accuracy and appropriateness
- Guide maintenance personnel on Inflight Connectivity system operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A successful Field Service Representative should possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- Associate degree in aerospace or aeronautical Engineering, electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in aircraft maintenance, including electrical and avionics systems on commercial aircraft
- Comprehensive knowledge of airline operations and legislation
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
