Project Manager - Marine/Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale marine/civil construction project in Brazil. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and execution of construction works on site
  • Coordination and management of all site-related tasks and logistics
  • Installation and organization of the construction site, including resource allocation and personnel management
  • Collaboration with Project Management and Technical Office teams to drive project success
  • Leadership and guidance of site superintendent teams to achieve project goals
  • Directing work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption to ongoing operations
  • Resource planning and optimization
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) procedures on site
  • Hosting and facilitating critical site meetings
Requirements:
  • Degree in construction engineering or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in major construction projects, preferably with civil works or marine projects
  • Expertise in diaphragm wall construction
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, innovation, and results-driven approach with a focus on teamwork
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a client-centric approach
  • Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are highly desirable
  • Willingness to relocate to Navegantes, Brazil
