Lead Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead a large marine/civil construction project in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing construction works on site, coordinating site execution-related tasks, and leading a team of site superintendents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and planning construction works on site
- Managing site resources and ensuring quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures are followed
- Liaising with stakeholders and attending site meetings
The successful candidate will hold a degree in construction engineering and have at least 10 years of relevant working experience within a major construction company. They should also have experience with diaphragm walls and possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and be client-focused.
