**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our institutional trading operations team as a Trading Operations Analyst (Middle Office). In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the full trade lifecycle and serving as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate trade processing, smooth settlements, and exceptional client service. You will work closely with internal teams across Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance to resolve client requests promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, handling inquiries on account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve client requests promptly and effectively.
  • Support client onboarding (KYC), including documentation, operational setup, and platform access.
  • Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts, escalating potential issues as needed.
  • Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Management teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a broker-dealer, bank, or fintech.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools, custodians, and clearing houses.
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and client-first orientation.

Location: This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, Faria Lima office).
