Market Development Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to drive business growth by generating demands and opportunities in the vibrant Pro Audio market segment in Brazil.

  • Implements strategic plans to seed and go-to-market with new products and technologies.
  • Identifies, researches, evaluates and prioritizes market leads and opportunities to influence purchases and specifications with key end-users and influencers.
  • Develops and delivers presentations to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits of Shure's product categories.

This position is based in São Paulo - SP.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pro audio market with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and equipment.
  • Background or experience with broadcasting and music industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of audio DSP technology.
