Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to support our ambitious expansion into the global market. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the integrity of our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, including management accounts, regulatory filings, and tax submissions.

In addition, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to enable strategic decision-making. You will maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, or audit.
  • Minimum 2 years in a finance role within a financial services company, preferably in capital markets and securities brokerage.
  • Familiarity with Central Bank of Brazil and CVM regulations, meeting 'Fit & Proper' criteria.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, capital markets operations, and regulatory financial frameworks.
  • Proficient in financial software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
