Senior Digital Architect for Transport and Mobility Solutions

At Compass UOL, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Architect to lead our development team in delivering scalable and secure solutions for the transport and mobility industry.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced digital architect who can design and implement application architecture with integration of third-party APIs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools (CI/CD). Strong proficiency in Java Spring Boot is required, as well as knowledge of APIs for maps and real-time tracking systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leveraging their technical expertise to drive innovation and improvement within the team;
- Collaborating with product and business areas to achieve strategic goals;
- Celebrating successes and learning from failures;
- Maintaining high standards of quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices;
- Spearheading integration efforts for features such as map services, route optimization, and digital payment gateways.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in the transport or mobility sector;
- Proficiency in Flutter, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies;
- Strong skills in Java Spring Boot and DevOps tools;
- Familiarity with map APIs and real-time tracking systems;
- Certifications in project management (PMP, CSM) or software architecture would be beneficial;
- Ability to integrate payment gateways using QR Code or NFC technology;
- A strong understanding of big data, real-time analysis, and digital security principles;
- Fluency in English language.
