Product Innovation Role

This is a remote position that provides the opportunity to work in a flexible and autonomous environment. As a Product Innovation Analyst, you will be part of a technology company that offers a comprehensive processing platform for banking, card issuing, and financial market infrastructure.

The company's cloud-based platform empowers firms to build and launch financial products rapidly, scaling as they grow while maintaining high security and availability standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify innovation opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and validate new product concepts that meet customer needs.
  • Support the design and execution of experiments, MVPs, and pilots to test innovative ideas.
  • Monitor industry trends, startups, and emerging technologies relevant to our business to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop business cases to support new product initiatives, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic alignment.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Be based in Brazil;
  • B2 English (Upper Intermediate);
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, strategy in the financial area;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks;
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment;
  • Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design;
  • Basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs, and cloud native solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of design thinking, lean startup, or jobs-to-be-done frameworks;
  • Spanish Advanced Level.
