As a Senior Growth & Marketing UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for driving high-impact designs across two distinct travel brands. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in creating intuitive user experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement A/B tests and iterative designs for landing pages, checkout funnels, onboarding flows, emails, ads, and in-app experiences.\
  • Transform analytics insights into actionable UX/UI improvements by rapidly analyzing key metrics such as CTR, signup rates, activation, and retention.\
  • Design intuitive onboarding, referral, and retention flows across web and native apps using prototypes and micro-interactions.\
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop modular templates enabling quick experimentation.\
  • Monitor and analyze key UX metrics in GA4, Mixpanel, and Amplitude; perform cohort and funnel analyses.\
  • Pair quantitative data with qualitative methods—user interviews, usability tests, heatmaps, and session replays—to uncover hidden insights.\
