Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our team for a unique and challenging role on the medical ward in Agder county. As a vocationally trained nurse, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Authorization
  • Completion of HLR/AHLR course
  • Excellent Norwegian language skills, both spoken and written (B2 level)
  • Broad experience within the healthcare sector, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a nurse, including experience working on a medical ward
  • Ability to handle personnel responsibility
  • Clean police record
  • Previous experience working on a medical ward, with completion of all necessary courses, including ICCs training, use of emergency response terminal, net course in acute medicine, and 15 hours of practical course in acute medicine
