As a key member of our International Risk team, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for sports with strong analytical skills in this dynamic and fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer bets in accordance with established risk practices.
- Manage settlement queries arising from internal data reports and customer inquiries, as well as settle special markets built by the International Trading Team.
- Collaborate with other trading and risk teams to ensure a top-notch betting product through efficient pricing and high-quality site content.
- Assist other areas of the business as required, including the International Trading team, operations, content, and sports trading teams.
- Evaluate customers based on biographical information, betting patterns, and historical trends and data.
- Utilize trading and risk tools to identify potential errors and manage liability growth on the sportsbook.
- A genuine interest in betting and gaming, with some knowledge of customer risk.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends, due to the shift-based nature of this position.
- A willingness to learn and follow established procedures, while also bringing curiosity to ask questions and suggest improvements to processes and tooling used.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly react to changing situations in real-time.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proficiency in English.
