We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise with responsibilities on one area or more areas in support of infrastructure technology and/or application support installation, development, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and fail over in accordance with enterprise standards and process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various technologies including operating systems, IT infrastructure, virtual technologies, end-user computing platforms, automation tools, application performance management tools, middleware, etc. They will work independently, receiving minimal guidance, and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. The candidate must be able to solve complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on infrastructure technology and/or application support installation, development, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and fail over in accordance with enterprise standards and process.
  • Work independently, receiving minimal guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
