Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed annual recurring revenue objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Develop strategic plans to maximize revenue potential and drive business growth.
  • Generate leads through various initiatives, including direct mail, email marketing, and networking events.
  • Demonstrate product solutions to prospects and coordinate with Account Management on pre/post-sales implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Health, Wellness, or Human Capital Management.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving business results.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies.
  • Strong ability to manage complex selling engagements and build effective relationships.
  • Passion for collaboration and team building across various functions.
