Chief Risk Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer to lead our risk management strategy and ensure the development and implementation of a sound risk culture.

  • Oversight of regional risk management structure, staffing, strategy, and policies.
  • Ensure comprehensive and understandable information on risks and risk culture is provided to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Participation in key decision-making processes.
  • Authority, stature, and resources for the Risk Management function, and knowledge, skills, and experience for its staff.
  • First-line responsibility activities performed by Flow Risk Management, BPO C&R, and CF Management.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related areas.
  • Post-graduate degree or courses related to Financial Risk.
  • More than 10 years' experience in the financial market (risk, credit, and collection).
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Advanced Spanish language skills.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Experience with LATAM regional teams.
  • Experience in risk management.
  • Previous experience with people management.
