Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing supply chain operations, ensuring accurate and timely management of shipments. This position involves developing administrative tasks related to shipping, inventory control, and supply chain management while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as preparing shipping documents, updating shipment status reports, and liaising with vendors and customers.
  • Schedule and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment-related issues or delays, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Analyze shipping performance to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock, fulfilling orders, and updating internal databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Incoterms and experience working with freight forwarders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
