Client Retention Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Client Retention Strategist to drive long-term value and retention for our clients.

Our strategic partnerships focus on expanding within existing clients, cross-selling products, and building stronger relationships with current accounts.

As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in driving results for our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Client Retention Strategist, you will serve as a strategic partner for large industrial clients, leveraging our solutions to optimize operations and achieve success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans with enterprise clients.
  • Provide in-depth training for operational teams and executives to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on the factory floor to resolve complex maintenance challenges.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate value, share insights, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a liaison between client teams and internal engineering to address advanced technical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial environments, with roles as a production or maintenance supervisor preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of predictive maintenance and factory floor operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience working with C-level executives and factory teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
