Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Analyst Junior to join our team. This role will be responsible for handling the incident life cycle, working closely with Operations and Software Developers teams, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling minor/improvement/low-priority issues
- Collaborating with Operations and Software Developers teams on availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, and emergency response
- Providing support to customers and internal teams on delivery quality management, follow-up, deadlines management, and services performance indicators
- Escalating problems to responsible areas to prioritize solutions and understand customer needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field of study
- Basic knowledge in Package Office (Microsoft Office)
- English speaker
- Basic knowledge in Linux, MySQL, and Network

Additional Information:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Brazilian citizenship required
