We're expanding our operations in the Latin American market and seeking a skilled Financial Operations Partner to join our team at inDrive. This role is responsible for the accurate forecasting process, plan-fact analysis, consolidation, and P&L reports for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Operations Partner, you will:

  • Participate in the development of market strategy with the business and marketing teams.
  • Validate forecasts with Country Managers in the Latin American region.
  • Analyze plan/fact deviations to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Collect inputs from Business/Marketing teams and reflect this in the numbers using a unified analytical approach across all countries.
  • Make improvements in the current technical process of working with financial models.
  • Participate in the target-setting process for countries/regions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a Financial Analyst/Financial Commercial Analyst.
  • Experience in financial and business modeling, financial and budgeting tools (Adaptive Workday/Anaplan/NSPB/Oracle Hyperion).
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
  • Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
  • Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end financial and operational models.
