**Job Title:** Software Engineering Manager

  • Wellhub seeks a seasoned Software Engineer to lead our CARE - (Coach on Artificial Intelligence for Real Engagement) team in Brazil.

We are looking for an expert in technically leading a software engineering team with knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and related technologies. This individual should have strong skills in programming languages such as Python, or Go, or Java, and experience with API development and integration.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently on high scalable and distributed projects, possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills.

Our team is responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of information on our existing and potential partners. This includes discovering and collecting data from various sources and formats (text, photo, video, audio), processing and enriching this data, and transforming it into actionable insights that enhance partner content, user recommendations, business intelligence, and the overall quality of our platform.
