Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Director to spearhead our MSSP Partner Solutions Engineering team. As a first-line leader, you will oversee a high-performing team of engineers, driving growth and adoption across North America.

Key responsibilities include developing and mentoring top talent, working closely with the managed partner team to identify and qualify partnership opportunities, and driving technical success across the customer and partner journey.

  • Develop and execute technical training plans for partners.
  • Own the technical relationship with partners, coordinating additional technical resources when needed.
  • Support SEs in delivering demos and work hands-on with partners to demonstrate value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum 10 years of experience in the field, with 3+ years in Sales Engineering.
  • Proven track record of growing managed partner technical sales teams.
  • Strong background in building relationships with internal sales and product teams.
  • Experience presenting technical demos and sales values presentations to varying audiences.
