Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Specialist to play a pivotal part in analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional efforts, integrating solutions, and fostering communication between development teams and other departments. Our team of digital nomads works remotely from various locations around the world, shaping Social Life 3.0 - a new digital reality where people can fulfill their needs for communication and attention.

Main Tasks:
  • Collecting, analyzing, and documenting product and project requirements for development.
  • Coordinating workflows among developers, designers, QA teams, and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
  • Communicating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating these into technical specifications.
  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and business process diagrams.
  • Maintaining project progress, aligning requirements, managing changes, and supporting priority adjustments when needed.
  • Participating in project planning and estimation, offering recommendations to optimize processes and improve product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in collecting, documenting, and analyzing requirements for development projects.
  • Strong coordination skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user stories and business process diagrams.
  • A proactive approach to monitoring project progress, managing changes, and ensuring requirements alignment.
  • Familiarity with project planning and estimation, with the ability to provide process optimization recommendations.
