As a seasoned professional in business development, you'll be at the forefront of creating and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive growth and success. Your mission will be to establish and lead Centercode's channel ecosystem, fostering meaningful collaborations that yield mutual benefits through innovative program design, enablement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Program Development: Design, manage, and optimize partner programs, tools, and incentives to stimulate engagement and align with company objectives.
  • Partner Acquisition and Pipeline Building: Identify, evaluate, and engage new partners and markets to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline through the channel.
  • Business Case Development: Craft compelling business cases aligned with partner goals to drive interest in and adoption of Centercode solutions.
  • Closing Deals: Lead partner planning and sales execution to close deals, consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, and grow joint business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Foster trusted, long-term relationships across partner organizations while resolving conflicts and ensuring program alignment and compliance.
  • Partner Growth and Success: Drive partner success through onboarding, enablement, strategy, and quarterly reviews to maximize performance and revenue contribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partner programs.
  • Owning the Sales Cycle: Proven ability to own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Rapport Building: Innate ability to build great rapport and relationships with partners.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strategic Program Design: Strategic thinking skills with a focus on scalable program design and long-term growth.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Revenue Accountability: Comfort with revenue accountability and ability to meet or exceed quotas and KPIs.
  • CRM and Partner Tools: Working knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (Hubspot, Introw experience a plus).

  • Established Network: Established network in relevant partner ecosystems.
  • Co-Marketing Experience: Experience in co-marketing and joint GTM strategy with partners.
  • Deal Registration: Familiarity with deal registration processes and best practices.
  • Product-Led Technology: Prior experience in product-led or beta testing technology space.
  • International Partnerships: Experience with international or global partner programs.
  • Partner Enablement: Background in partner enablement or certifications.
  • Data Literacy: Strong data literacy for use of dashboards and analytics to guide program optimization.
  • Sales Methodology Training: Formal sales methodology training.

The Nitty Gritty:

  • Full-Time Remote Position: This is a full-time, remote position.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Base compensation of $140k-$160k annually+ commission, plus a range of benefits including medical, FSA, voluntary dental and vision, 3 weeks of PTO annually, 401k matching, and more.
  • Travel Requirements: Candidate must be willing and able to travel up to 30%.
  • Location: Candidates must live in the United States.
