You'll develop meaningful partnerships, design impactful programs, and drive mutual success through planning, enablement, and relationship-building.
From co-marketing to deal registration, you'll shape how partners engage with our brand.
If you're excited by business development and building something that scales, this role puts you at the center of it all.What You'll Do as a ChannelBusiness Development ManagerPartner Program Development and Management: Design, manage, and optimize partner programs, tools, and incentives to drive engagement and align with company growth objectivesPartner Prospecting and Pipeline Building: Identify, evaluate, and engage new partners and markets to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline through the channelEngaging with Prospective Partners: Craft compelling business cases aligned with partner goals to drive interest in and adoption of Centercode solutionsClosing Partner Deals:Lead partner planning and sales execution to close deals, consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, and grow joint business opportunitiesPartner Relationship Management: Foster trusted, long-term relationships across partner organizations while resolving conflicts and ensuring program alignment and compliancePartner Growth and Success: Drive partner success through onboarding, enablement, strategic planning, and quarterly reviews to maximize performance and revenue contributionWhat You Need to Do the JobProven experience (5+ years) in channel sales or business development, preferably in B2B/SaaSDemonstrated success building and managing strategic partner programsTrack record of owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing dealsInnate ability to build great rapport and relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forwardStrategic thinking skills with a focus on scalable program design and long-term growthAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfort with revenue accountability and ability to meet or exceed quotas and KPIsWorking knowledge of CRM and partner management tools (Hubspot, Introw experience a plus)Alignment with our core values: Adaptable, Collaborative, Curious, Impactful, Passionate, and VirtuousWhat'll Give You an EdgeExperience launching a channel program from the ground upEstablished network in relevant partner ecosystemsExperience in co-marketing and joint GTM strategy with partnersFamiliarity with deal registration processes and best practicesPrior experience in product-led or beta testing technology spaceExperience with international or global partner programsBackground in partner enablement or certificationsStrong data literacy for use of dashboards and analytics to guide program optimizationFormal sales methodology trainingThe Nitty GrittyThis is a full-time, remote positionBase compensation of $140k-$160k annually+ commissionCandidate must be willing and able to travel up to 30%Candidates must live in the United StatesSorry, Recruiters: We're not open to working with you on this roleWe require a satisfactory background check following offer acceptanceMore About UsCentercode is a highly innovative tech company and we're growing all the time.
