Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, manage and coordinate regional meetings and follow up on issues that require continuity
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items from leadership meetings
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and prepare executive summaries
  • Organize and support strategic events, town halls, and leadership offsites
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal and external use
Performance Management Accountabilities
  • Ensure timely, accurate and professional delivery of tasks and communications
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and anticipate the needs of senior leadership
  • Deliver high-quality project coordination and follow up on action items
  • Maintain high standards of integrity in all interactions
  • Actively seek feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with senior leadership and manage confidential information.

Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Portuguese/Spanish as a third language is a plus)
