We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Partner to oversee all human resources operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate the team's HR activities
- Provide daily HR guidance to management
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve employee relations issues
- Improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention by collaborating with management and employees
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Experience within the industry and as a team coordinator will be an asset
- Advanced English language skills
