Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

As a key member of the Hoymiles team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the Brazil business in line with the company's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Brazil Business Head, you will oversee the team's efforts to drive business growth and expansion in the region.


  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Brazilian market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and key agencies to ensure effective collaboration and mutual success.
  • Provide guidance on local market strategy, brand management, and product lifecycle opportunities to maximize business potential.
  • Support the integration and launch of new products, ensuring timely and successful market entry.
  • Manage financial and budgetary responsibilities, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
  • Establish and enhance commercial capabilities, infrastructure, and compliance with local legislation requirements.
  • Represent Hoymiles with key stakeholders, including CEC, AEMO, and other industry partners.
  • Lead business relationships with distributors and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and KPIs.
  • Provide regular business updates and execute performance reviews with partners.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales plans, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Oversight of new product acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and market success.
  • Collaborate with the BD Manager China to manage global or local product acquisition/in-licensing and new product development projects.
  • Contribute to business case generation and maintain high engagement with local partners to drive business growth.

Other Ad Hoc Duties

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry.
  • Strong business acumen and management skills.
