Job Title: Knowledge Management Specialist

This role involves designing and implementing knowledge management processes to support key commercial strategy and operations/project management areas. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize established knowledge bases, provide feedback on the knowledge management process, create performance metrics for the Knowledge Management department, and develop guidelines based on project and process flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage knowledge bases to support business areas
  • Act as a subject matter expert on knowledge management best practices
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for the Knowledge Management department
  • Create guidelines for project and process flows
  • Organize and categorize demands based on established criteria
  • Manage documentation and information governance
  • Develop and present dashboards to senior management
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute complex tasks actively
  • Collaborative work style in a heterogeneous environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Biblioteconomia, Administração, Marketing)
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Desirable: experience with Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Power BI) and relevant experience in consulting
