The Internal Projects team is responsible for structuring and monitoring all Shopee Express (SPX) projects to ensure operation scalability and knowledge management.
We are responsible for managing the demands of different teams and stakeholders, considering these demands with an analytical and strategic vision to plan, develop and also create and maintain a portal to share information with our team.
Our goal is to design, align and ensure the best scenario for each project and provide the necessary information for each team to perform their work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to design a robust Learning portal to share information with the team
- Partner closely with members of the People Team and the Leadership Team to perform skills gap analysis, understand L&D needs, and curate learning solutions
- Create and scale asynchronous and synchronous L&D programs and content that strengthen company culture, employee's individual development, and learning about the operation
- Deliver and facilitate training to teams over various learning methods (eg: video learning, interactive learning) and communication channels (eg: Notion)
- Be an advocate for learning, and learning culture, to support organizational growth, change and retention.
- Responsible with the team for all documentation relating to L&D
- Create a scalable and complete onboarding to new members and ensure the actualization of the documents
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Fluent English
- High proficiency in Office, Notion, or other similar tools
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially relating to quantitative topics discussed with non-technical colleagues
- Experience and expertise in content creation, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties
- Confidence and ability in designing, developing, and implementing training solutions
