Job Title: Customer Support Expert

This role is ideal for a motivated and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with ease.

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams.

  • Coordinating quote enquires for spare parts and services
  • Receiving and processing customer orders for spare parts, maintenance, and breakdowns
  • Coordinating parts shipments with customers and local stock
  • Handling work orders for service engineer site visits, including invoicing upon completion
  • Service agreement management and local customer stock reviews
  • Reviewing receivables and following up on payments
  • Preparing service invoices
  • Coordinating the importation of products and spare parts
  • Producing reports to measure key service performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and field service engineer utilization, cost monitoring, and analysis for site visits
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and client visit coordination for field service engineers
  • Controlling health and safety documents for the service team
  • Providing additional support to sales and service teams

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using various software applications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing service or operations role
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English, with advanced Spanish language skills preferred
  • Technical component identification experience is an asset
