Key Insights Position

The role of a key insights position is crucial to connect the business with consumer needs and bring them at the heart of everything we do. This position plays a key role in showing the business where and how to win by fully understanding and engaging the organization with the reality of the lives of our customers.


Main Responsibilities:
  • To stay up-to-date on industry trends in the foodservice market, particularly in LATAM.
  • To maintain and grow the insight culture within LATAM markets.
  • To collaborate with the global CMI network to represent LATAM interests.
  • To work closely with agency partners to develop expertise for the foodservice business.
  • To partner with the business leadership team in LATAM, as well as the marketing team and sales team.
  • To develop and drive the growth of the business through data-driven decision making.
  • To lead the insights program for all key innovation projects of Back of House Foods and Refreshment solutions.
  • To oversee market data and provide the business with in-market performance comparisons.
  • To support the marketing team in optimizing their communications strategies.
  • To help the business gain a deeper understanding of their personas and customer journeys.
  • To provide actionable insights on customer needs and usability of digital touch points.
  • To monitor customer experience through NPS and SLP metrics.
  • To engage the business with compelling insights.
  • To serve as a thought leader in the foodservice market, as well as Away from Home insights.
