Pressure Pumping Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Pressure Pumping Solutions professional to join our dynamic operations team. Our innovative approach improves efficiency, production, and maximizes reservoir value.
Main Responsibilities- Operate laboratory equipment, monitor service progression, and record material usage at the job site.
- Collaborate with clients and Baker Hughes personnel to deliver high-quality Cementing Services and Stimulation.
- Closely coordinate with on-site employees while ensuring customer and company safety requirements are met.
- Maintain compliance with all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices.
- Monitor and document equipment maintenance or report status to prevent downtime.
- Verify laboratory data with internal customers and provide recommendations.
- Maintain open communication with company representatives.
- To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A technical degree in a related field.
- Regular attendance with the CFT or CRQ.
- Extensive experience in laboratory operation, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Experience motivating teams.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with excellent overall communication skills.
