- Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in a healthcare setting, with 2 years of experience in social programming or healthcare settings preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention Certification - State of Pennsylvania upon hire.
