Job Title: Regional Sales Supervisor

At GWM Brasil, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our After Sales department, you will be responsible for coordinating After-Sales Business activities at our dealerships and serving as a liaison between our company and our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with our dealerships, focusing on quality and sustainability.
  • Provide support to dealerships to resolve customer and dealer-related issues.
  • Evaluate and improve dealership service capacity and infrastructure to meet GWM standards.
  • Implement GWM's After-Sales process at our partners and establish procedures to ensure high-level operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate key business metrics, including CSI, retention, spare parts policy, service rate, complaints, training, warranty, and financial performance.
  • Support dealerships in achieving GWM targets through regular visits and action plan development.
  • Conduct regular field visits and create After-Sales reports for each dealership.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in field management or dealership operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on After-Sales operations.
  • Knowledge of After-Sales processes, including customer care, warranty, commercial, and training.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
