Technical Visionary Wanted

As our technical visionary for personalization and optimization systems, you will be responsible for designing company-wide personalization architecture and strategy.

You will solve complex technical challenges, research and implement state-of-the-art ML techniques, define standards and patterns used across all ML teams, lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple quarters, mentor senior engineers and review critical technical decisions, and represent the company in the external ML community.

We are looking for a recognized expert in ML systems with 10+ years of experience building ML systems, deep personalization expertise, and a track record of innovation in personalization systems. You should have expertise in multiple approaches (deep learning, bandits, causal ML, graph methods) and exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

In this role, you will work on advanced ML architectures at scale, real-time ML systems and edge deployment, multi-stakeholder marketplace optimization, online learning and adaptive systems, and privacy-preserving personalization.
