Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with the Growth team to drive MYM's objectives.
Your role will be crucial in our expansion, focusing on recruiting top-tier creators in the adult content sector for the Brazilian market.
Your responsibilities will include transforming inbound leads based on vertical and geographic segmentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Familiarity with agencies that assist influencers in monetizing their content on platforms like MYM.
- Experience in the adult industry, with a deep understanding of the Brazilian market.
- Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, including trends, creator needs, and audience expectations.
- Proficient in communication techniques suitable for this sector, handling sensitive topics with professionalism.
- Awareness of key industry events in the region, which are vital for networking and creator recruitment.
- Experience in organizing launch events for adult projects, creating impactful experiences to enhance engagement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and determined mindset, with a passion for challenges.
- Solid understanding of social media and analytics, particularly video content across various platforms.
- A desire to be part of a growing project and the opportunity to say, 'I was among MYM's first Brazilian sales representatives.'
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with French as a bonus.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Part 1: Develop a comprehensive database of qualified creator leads by vertical and geographic area.
- Independently maintain a lead database for outreach.
- Identify typical profiles for research by the Growth team.
- Regularly update the database for follow-up and handover to Customer teams.
Part 2: Manage incoming lead pipelines from the Growth team.
- Design and implement strategies for creator recruitment.
- Diversify contact methods (phone, email, messaging apps).
- Engage and qualify potential creators to gather insights and identify recruitment opportunities.
- Recruit high-potential creators aligned with your objectives.
Part 3: Contribute to the establishment of new processes and the potential development of an SDR department within MYM.
- Identify optimizations for recruitment strategies and processes.
- Analyze the creative process and provide feedback to the Product and Customer teams.
This is a newly created position, and we seek an SDR with a high degree of autonomy and the ambition to build a dedicated SDR team as we grow.
