  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a data-driven CRM strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels such as onsite messaging, email, and social media
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure campaign execution and delivery aligns with business objectives
  • Deploy marketing budget profitably through robust planning and analysis
  • Initiate and manage the development process of creatives from brief to delivery
  • Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base to identify insights and target customer segments
  • Keep abreast of industry standards and consumer protection laws
  • Regularly report on campaign success demonstrating a deep understanding of customer motivation

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management or marketing preferably in a technology company
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on an understanding of customer needs
  • Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data
  • Great organization, planning and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail
  • Solid experience in implementing driving and managing complex multi-channel campaigns
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent command of the English language
