Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively connecting with partners through phone conversations and internal channels, providing insights and mentorship for their success within our ecosystem.
- Becoming the trusted point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of accommodation providers, answering questions, providing support, and ensuring they feel valued and empowered.
- Championing strong relationships by engaging in regular performance-focused conversations, driving consistent availability and competitive pricing.
- Immersing yourself in our innovative products and services, becoming a knowledgeable advocate for their benefits and potential.
- Analyzing internal data to identify strategies that elevate partner performance and fuel our growth in the region.
- Identifying and connecting with new potential partners, expanding the network and bringing more incredible accommodations to our global audience.
- Tackling critical customer service issues with agility and efficiency, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions for partners and travelers.
