Key Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

This role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into detailed specifications, collaborating with sales and business teams to gather and validate requirements, and conducting technical scoping sessions and discovering bottlenecks.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.

  3. Conduct technical scoping sessions and discover bottlenecks.
  4. Help define performance budgets and how fast clients need things.
  5. Assist product management in managing the product backlog and roadmap.
  6. Prioritize tasks to optimize the delivery of features to users.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Support client success to ensure customers are well-supported and feeling the love.
  9. Perform tests to ensure the quality and functionality of the product.
  10. Write customer-facing release notes and support smooth feature launches.
Requirements
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Understanding of technical concepts and the ability to engage with engineering teams.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Adaptability and quick learning capabilities.
  7. Experience with Jira.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in SaaS, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality features.
