Job Title: Digital Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Digital Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and implement effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discovery and fit-gap efforts across the region, including meetings, workshops, and resource allocation.
  • Formulate recommendations for Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for regional deployments.
  • Ensure all key requirements are formalized and communicated to product teams, including value propositions and business rationales.
  • Participate in Product Increment (PI) planning, supporting product teams in translating requirements and understanding prioritization decisions.
  • Own the overall master plan for the region, covering Discovery to Deployment phases, and manage dependencies and enablers.
Requirements:
  • Degree or post-graduation in IT-related areas or business management.
  • Fluency in English is ideal; Advanced English is mandatory.
  • Project management experience, superior communication skills, team player, and international environment expertise.
  • Experience with training and deployment of digital tools.
  • Agriculture industry experience is a plus.
