**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our consultant population, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.

This role requires collaboration with consultants to understand their strengths, development objectives, personal preferences, and career goals. It also involves working closely with the team to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Talent Management Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with each consultant to become a trusted advisor and mentor.
  • Utilize performance management processes to engage consultants in developing their skills and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Support consultants in finding resources for career advice and development opportunities.

Project Staffing Responsibilities

  • Liaise with project team leaders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Gather relevant information from partners and practice group TMs on upcoming projects.
  • Anticipate capacity issues and manage expectations accordingly.

Consultant Development and Performance Management Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to provide appropriate training and development opportunities.
  • Review performance appraisals and address any issues or concerns with project teams and managers.

Data, Analysis, and Reporting Responsibilities

  • Review weekly utilization reports and cross-reference them with systems to ensure accurate information.
  • Assist in assembling project pipelines and consultant availability reports.

Oliver Wyman Development Responsibilities

  • Participate in project work within the broader Human Capital function on topics such as employee experience, retention, flexible working, utilization, performance, and more.
  • Organize tasks and guide colleagues in building project deliverables.
