Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Training Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with the ability to design and implement effective training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating company-wide training sessions, working closely with leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs and deliver solutions. They will also be expected to track learning metrics, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on stakeholder management and communication skills. You will also need to be fluent in English and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training strategies aligned to business and people development needs.
  • Manage recurring training sessions, ensuring relevance, engagement, and alignment with evolving priorities.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs across the country to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to scale training delivery across multiple formats (live, recorded, self-paced).
  • Track learning KPIs, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
