About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Livestream Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about livestream operations and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Livestream Production: Coordinate pre-production to post-production day-to-day lives on Shopee app, and support the influencers livestream ecosystem aligned with business objectives.
  • Livestreams production and operation directly from switchers or external shootings;
  • Generate creatives and collaterals for ad-hoc Livestream requests
  • Production of lives artwork, uploading and supervising during the livestreams;
  • Working with IT and OPs staff on the maintenance of the studio, controlling the switcher room and post-production hardware and software;
  • Support livestream scripts to understand the needs and dynamics of the broadcasting;
  • Track KPIs and communicate results together with Analytics team;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in OBS and/or VMix, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere is required.
  • Experience in eCommerce/ Multi-Channel Network (MCN)/ OTT or related industries is a plus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment under tight deadlines.
