Delivery and Collection Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a reliable individual to fill the role of Mensageiro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing delivery routes in collaboration with our assistants.
The successful candidate will be involved in interacting with restaurants during collection and ensuring that orders are accurately processed and packaged. This includes checking the condition of packaging and providing necessary information throughout the process.
You will also be responsible for managing delivery schedules and dispatching tasks from our central hub. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our workspace, including bags and mobile devices. Your duties may require working extended hours, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize delivery routes in conjunction with assistants;
- Interact with restaurants during collection, ensuring accurate processing and packaging;
- Manage delivery schedules and dispatch tasks from the central hub;
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the workspace.
Requirements:
- Age 18 or above;
- Completed secondary education (Ensino Médio).
