Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other programming languages to boost productivity.
  • Extract valuable data insights through web scraping expertise.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business teams to refine scoring models and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Measure, monitor, and optimize seller performance to achieve productivity targets.
  • Work closely with account management, product management, and marketing teams to drive organizational goals forward.
  • Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SQL and web scraping solutions.
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation roles.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Coding proficiency in Python for analytical and process automation purposes.
  • Previous experience in managing lead funnels and relationships with sales teams.
