Lead Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an exceptional technical project manager to join our professional services team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and operational execution of key products across markets and partners. This includes managing end-to-end feature activation workflows, driving expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners, and ensuring operational excellence through agile execution, scalable processes, and proactive risk management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in technical project management, ideally within digital platforms or SaaS ecosystems, with a strong understanding of integration flows, APIs, and enterprise system deployments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical delivery and execution of key products across markets and partners
  • Manage end-to-end feature activation workflows
  • Drive expansion and onboarding of new marketplace partners
  • Ensure operational excellence through agile execution, scalable processes, and proactive risk management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical project management
  • Strong understanding of integration flows, APIs, and enterprise system deployments
  • Experience working in multicultural and fast-paced environments, especially across LATAM
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities
  • Familiarity with AI trends, automation tools, and scalable project delivery methodologies
  • Professional proficiency in English, Spanish & Portuguese
